We strongly recommend hat you discuss  your needs with YOG prior to order. We do not refund equipment that is sold correctly. We will not be liable for any failure to  not use   equipment sold. IF you order blind  andlater find out that the equipment is unsuitable  no refunds are given.  Check before you order.

YOG recommend paper charts to be carried at all times. The use of PCs on board is to facilitate quicker passage planning  and for convienience - it does not preclude the proper use  of good  lookouts or general  high seamanship. The use of autopilot  on charting mode  must not be relied upon in restricted areas and YOG will not be responsible  for any accidents or damages caused by over-reliance on computers.

YOG did not write Windows. Users must be aware that despite our best endeavours, as is common acceptance, that Windows may for whatever reason  crash or hang and that in this situation  plots may not be updated. In areas of narrow draught with rain clutter  this could lead to a potentially dangerous situation - Pilots or Captains must take the correct action to ensure that they take DR bearings  and make paper chart fixes.
