YOG supplies
daylight, sunlight and waterproof and non waterproof screens
for its customers. With screens we recommend
that you do not panic and assume you will need a waterproof
model just because you are at sea. Most superyachts make do
with domestic TFT screens where the location to be used
is dry. For flybridge locations, we recommend the use of
waterproof daylight or sunlight monitors, which are expensive
( see price list )

This is a
typical domestic TFT panel, and YOG sell them in varying
brightnesses. Most superyachts have darkened and tinted windows, and
we have found these ideal.
We supply either
in beige or black, and we can also supply in true wood too (
see below )

Here is a
beech 15 inch monitor, which we also do in mahogany. These monitors
are also available in 17 inch but we only do one brand of
monitor due to the huge amount of time taken to hone the wood out to
another brand. Time taken is about 3 weeks, as it is all done by
hand.
This means
you cannot have say, a Philipps in Mahogany unless you
pay a lot more and are prepared to wait months, as we need to start
from scratch as the shape is different

This is a very
nice monitor which we have sold four of this year, which will
not ruin the main stateroom nor boardroom on the vessel. Designed to
blend in well with rich cherry or mahogany it features pull
out drawers and comes with a felt underneath to prevent scratching
of the host table.
Time for
manufacture: about 3 weeks

We keep in
stock, and despatch same day, our plasma panels from Sony,
Toshiba, Hitachi and Pioneer. We don't do Fujitsu anymore because
their customer service is no good and this does not benefit the
customer in month 13 when things go wrong - as has happened with
their hard drives
